Szczecin GO Club “Porfirion”

Dear GO Players from Berlin, It is our pleasure to invite You to Poland for our 1 Year Anniversary GO Tournament. It takes place in Stargard Szczeci?ski on 14th-15th November 2009 (40 minutes away by train from Szczecin). Venue: M?odzie?owy Dom Kultury ul. Portowa 3, Stargard Szczeci?ski

Date: 14th-15th November 2009

Rules: Even games, japanese rules, komi 6.5 moku, McMahon, 5 rounds. 1 hour basic time per player and 1 byo-yomi 30 sec.

Entry fee: adults - 20 z? (or 5 euro) players 12-18 years old or weaker than 10 kyu - 10 z? (or 3 euro) players younger than 12 years - no entry fee registration after 7th November 2009 + 5 z? (+ 1 euro)

You can register directly in our website, or in case of any problems just send me an e-mail with your name, surname, age, strength and city.

Schedule:

14th November 9 - 9:30 registration 10:00 - 1st round 12:30 - 2nd round 15:00 - lunch break 16:00 - 3rd round

15th November 10:00 - 4th round 12:30 - 5th round 15:00 - prize giving

Prizes: 1st place - 200 z? + material reward 2nd place - 150 z? + material reward 3rd place - 100 z? + material reward Special A - 50 z? Special B - 50 z? And also two surprise material rewards

They offer double rooms for 50z? and triple rooms for 60z? (1 euro is approx. 4,4 z?). All reservations must be done by us, in order to benefit from cheaper prices. They do not offer single rooms, so if anyone wants to arrive alone, we will decide upon Your roommate.
